1 Which operating systems does Custom Screen Savers Support?
Windows 95/98/NT - Windows 3.1 (and Work Groups). Sorry, no MAC support yet. (Coming soon).

2 How do I install Custom Screen Savers?
Custom Screen Savers install quickly and easily by double clicking the icon on your desktop. Set-up will guide you through the remainder of the installation.
3 How do I uninstall Custom Screen Savers?
From the Start Menu click on "Settings" and choose "Control Panel". In the Control Panel click on "Add Remove Programs". Scroll until you find the screen saver and choose it. Click on "Remove", and the screen saver will completely uninstall.
4 Do I need the icon on my Desktop or in my Start Menu?
No. You can control and customize your screen savers or wallpaper from the Control Panel. In the Control Panel click the icon "Display" and click the "Screen Savers" tab. Scroll through the list until you find your screen saver. Choose "Settings" to customize them.
5 Will I loose my wallpaper if I uninstall Custom Screen Savers?
Yes. Wallpaper support comes with your Custom Screen Savers as a package. If you would like to order "Just Wallpaper" please e-mail us with your special requests.

Yes. Music is a powerful tool. We prefer you to choose you own music or sound effects. Sound America has an enormous selection of what you might be looking for. Just supply us with URL address and file name and choose on the order form to loop (continuous) it or to have it play through only once.
If you prefer, we will supply music or sound effects for you. Fill in the music titles on the order form and we will find something you might like. The music can be shut off at any time. You can not change the loop options after the Custom Screen Saver is designed.
10 How do I get my images to you?
After you submit the order form we will e-mail you with instructions. You can send your images to us via -- e-mail attachment or postal mail.
11 How do I get my Custom Screen Saver from you?
We will return your designed Custom Screen Saver via -- e-mail attachment, postal mail, or you can download it from a secure site. If you mail them to us and want them back -- enclose a self-addressed postage paid envelope or mailbag and we will return them to you.
